What I did today

For starters I did not climb into the laundry basket...I set it on the floor and Sparkles climbed into it.  For those that know the size of these baskets you can tell how we have a large, economy size cat!!  She just loves to get into things:)  Such a sweet kitty.

Today I volunteered in the Elementary School Library at Western Academy of Beijing.  This school is amazing.  There is a library to rival libraries in the schools in the states in each of the three levels of the school....Elementary, Middle and High School.  I was put to work stamping new books.

I was put to work using this little stamp......sorry about picture quality, just using my basic phone.

This is the room I was tucked into to stamp the books.
This is one of the carts of books that I was given to stamp in the little room I was tucked into.

This is one of the books on the cart of books that I stamped in the little room I was tucked into.

This is a pile of covers I removed from some of the books I stamped in the little room I was tucked into.

This was where the book pictured above was published that was on the cart in the little room I was tucked into to stamp books.
This bit is significant because my sister used to live in Watertown, MA!!
And here is this book all the way over in Beijing, China, on the cart in the little room I was tucked into to stamp books!!!

And that is what I did this morning.
Love, fondly, sincerely,
zaijian,
Ramona
